Overview

La Cantera Golf Club, located in San Antonio, TX, is seeking a motivated individual for a part-time Starter/Player Assistant role. The position focuses on contributing to a positive experience for members and guests while building knowledge of golf club operations.

Experience Required

• One month of related experience or training.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist with the overall upkeep of the golf course.
• Provide sincere and courteous service to guests, including bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assist in educating players regarding the game.
• Direct the start of play when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Assist customers renting golf clubs and clean rental clubs upon their return.
• Assist with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
• Perform other duties as required.
