Job Summary
We’re hiring an Irrigation Services Manager to lead and grow our irrigation service division. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for operations, team performance, customer relationships, and service growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead service operations & technicians
- Troubleshoot complex irrigation issues
- Manage scheduling, routing & efficiency
- Estimate repairs (labor/materials)
- Work with customers to recommend & close work
- Drive quality, accountability, and growth

Requirements
Qualifications
- 8+ years irrigation / landscaping experience
- 2+ years leadership or management experience
- Strong knowledge of residential & commercial irrigation systems
- Experience estimating and working with customers
- Valid driver’s license
- Certifications (CIC, CID, CLIA) a plus
