Description

physical & psych development; instruct in footwork, stroke tech, shot combos, court positioning & match strategy; adapt tactics to opponents/game situations. Eval performance through observation & match/video review; dev training plans. Prepare athletes for natl/intl competition, incl. game strategy, opponent scouting, match readiness & in-game adj. Dev conditioning & injury-prev. programs w/ trainers/med. staff; mentor athletes on nutrition, mental toughness, discipline & sportsmanship. Travel within MSA req'd.
