About Our Client

Our client is a recently established Abu Dhabi-based investment platform backed by prominent regional institutions. With a multi-billion-dollar mandate, the platform is focused on acquiring and scaling businesses globally.

Job Description

• Support end-to-end M&A transaction execution, including financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence
• Develop and maintain complex financial models (returns analysis, sensitivities, scenario planning)
• Prepare investment committee materials and high-quality presentations for senior stakeholders
• Conduct market research and target screening across global energy services and technology sectors
• Assist with portfolio monitoring, including tracking financial and operational performance of portfolio companies
• Support post-acquisition integration and value creation initiatives where required
• Work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced, lean team environment

The Successful Applicant

• 3-7 years' experience in Private Equity or Corporate M&A
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills (advanced Excel)
• Excellent presentation and communication skills (PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated ability to work in a hands-on, high-performance environment
• Commercial mindset with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial setup with high ownership
• Sector experience in energy is beneficial but not required
• Must be willing to be based full time in Abu Dhabi (requires relocation to Abu Dhabi for Dubai based candidates)
