Assistant Tennis Director

Camp Baco is seeking an Assistant Tennis Director to help lead our summer tennis program. Working alongside the Tennis Director, you will teach tennis fundamentals, run drills and match play, mentor campers, and help create a positive and engaging environment for young athletes.

Responsibilities:

Teach tennis skills and strategy to campers of all levels
Lead drills, clinics, and match play
Provide individualized coaching and feedback
Assist with tournaments and special events
Serve as a positive role model and mentor
Qualifications:

Competitive tennis experience (high school, USTA, collegiate, or equivalent)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience working with children preferred
Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to camp life
This is a great opportunity to gain coaching, leadership, and youth development experience while spending the summer in the Adirondacks.

Room and board is included.  Private room is provided to Assistant Tennis Director.  

Assistant Tennis Director can earn additional compensation for giving private tennis lessons
