• Support the full productlifecycle: discovery, definition, delivery, and post-launch review.
• Write clear userstories, requirements, and acceptance criteria, and help maintain awell-groomed product backlog.
• Conduct customer andmarket research, gather feedback, and translate findings into actionableinsights.
• Analyze product data andusage metrics to identify opportunities and measure impact.
• Coordinate day-to-daywork with engineering and design teams, helping unblock issues and keepprojects on track.
• Assist in planning andrunning sprints, standups, and product reviews.
• Help prepare productdocumentation, release notes, and internal communications.
• Monitor competitors andindustry trends and share relevant findings with the team.
• Contribute to productroadmap planning and prioritization discussions.

• 3-5 years of experiencein product, project coordination, business analysis, or a related field(internships and adjacent experience count).
• A bachelor's degree, orequivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical skillsand comfort working with data to inform decisions.
• Excellent written andverbal communication, with an ability to explain ideas clearly totechnical and non-technical audiences.
• Highly organized,detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Genuine curiosity aboutusers and a problem-solving mindset.
• Collaborative andcomfortable working across teams.
• Familiarity with agilemethodologies and tools like Jira, Clickup, or Asana.
• Experience withanalytics tools (e.g. Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics) or SQL.
• Exposure to UX/UI designprinciples or design tools like Figma.
• Understanding of thesoftware development process.
• Experience inmarketplace or auction houses.
