Description
The Department of Mechanical Engineering at Chang Gung University (CGU) invites international applications for full-time faculty positions at the levels of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Full Professor with start dates of either February 2026 or August 2026. There are 2 to 4 positions to be filled, and possibly more if exceptionally qualified candidates are received. The preferred instructional language is English. 1. We are looking for:
Both junior and senior faculty members with a Ph.D. in semiconductor manufacturing machine, robotics, thermal management, semiconductor packaging. Experience with deep Learning applications in the abovementioned research areas is a plus.

3. Starting Date of the positions: August 1, 2026. Please indicate your preferred starting date in your cover letter.
