Partnered with a hospital in northeastern Illinois that has an opportunity for a Urologist to provide ongoing locum call coverage.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Schedule: 24-hour beeper call, 1 week per month
• Setting: 100% inpatient
• Patient Volume: 5-15 per day
• EMR: Epic
• Must be board-certified or board-eligible
• Paid travel & expenses

During your time off, play a round of golf on lush courses, stroll through a historic district with small shops, cafés, and family-run eateries, and canoe on quiet lakes and rivers.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Active unencumbered Internal Medicine Urologist Illinois state license
• Graduate from a fully accredited MD or DO program
• One year of work experience as Urologist
• One year of EMR experience
• Board Certified

• Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.

• A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
• Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
