Join an integrated health model that is seeking to grow their behavioral health team by adding a BE/BC Psychiatrist. This beautiful costal California opportunity offers a 100% outpatient role with great physician autonomy and a patient focused mindset.

The Opportunity:
- 100% outpatient role with NO CALL
- Treat approximately 7 - 10 patients per day
- 1 hour for new patients & 45-minutes for follow-ups
- Guaranteed base salary up to $350,000
- 100% employer paid for benefits including health, dental, vision + PTO and CME
- Retirement plans with employer matching up to 4%
