Job Title: Sales Associate
Location: Remote
Type: Part-time, contract (20 hrs/week)
Compensation: $2,000/month + performance incentives

The role:
We’re hiring a part-time sales associate to grow our sales pipeline by engaging with new and existing campaigns. Your primary focus will be casting a wide net and building the top-of-funnel: identifying prospects, executing on outreach and setting up qualified opportunities for our team to close.
Responsibilities:
Research and identify Democratic and progressive campaigns, committees, and organizations that could benefit from our platform
Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, networking) to generate new leads
Qualify leads and work with the rest of our team to schedule demos
Track all outreach and engagement in the CRM – we use our own CRM for this!
Provide input on messaging, targeting, and outreach strategy
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of prior experience in:
Call time management or donor prospecting for a political candidate
Campaign finance director, deputy finance director or campaign manager role
Sales, business development or customer outreach in political tech
Additional skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable making cold calls and high-volume outreach
Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage a pipeline
Familiarity with Democratic/progressive campaign operations and values
Compensation & benefits:
$2,000/month for 20 hrs/week
