What You Will Be Doing

Join our dynamic team as a Golf Ball Manufacturing Process Specialist, where you'll lead testing and evaluation of golf ball components, drive process improvements, and troubleshoot technical challenges. You'll become an expert in at least three major manufacturing operations, coordinating pilot runs and trials across the production line. Your insights will shape process enhancements through data-driven reports and recommendations. This role offers the opportunity to lead cross-functional teams, mentor associates, and contribute to innovative solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You Bring

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience Options (one of the following must be met):
• 10+ years as a process or quality technician, or
• Associate degree in a related engineering/technology field + 3 years of technician experience, or
• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering/technology field (1 year of technician experience preferred).

Pay Range: $64,227.00-$81,283.00
