A private oncology area for patients and clients. Custom treatment wing with advanced Idexx lab, certified chemo hood, kennels, and a private office.

Robust Collaboration Across Multiple Disciplines:
Critical Care: A team of 5 DACVECC. Schedule allows 2 ECC everyday overlooking all the hospitalized and ER cases.
Internal Medicine: Internal Medicine Support every weekday.
Surgery and Anesthesia: A skilled team of two surgeons, one anesthesiologist and an anesthesia resident.
Emergency Medicine: Fully staffed ER with 7 dedicated doctors, and a palliative medicine certified doctor.
Generous Compensation and Benefits:
ProSal model with base salary and production—$300,000 or 27% production, no negative accrual and absolutely no non-compete clause.
120 hours PTO, plus 4 additional days of CE-specific PTO and a $5K CE allowance to keep your skills sharp.
Veterinary Owned and Managed Clinic – Dogwood is managed by veterinarians with the support of the team of doctors at Dogwood.
