SWATX is on the lookout for a Liferay Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this specialized role, you will leverage your expertise in Liferay to analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions that enhance our digital platforms. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our web applications, ensuring they meet the needs of our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements related to Liferay applications.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical documentation.
• Analyze existing Liferay implementations to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and training activities to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with Liferay updates, best practices, and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.
• Conduct workshops and discussions with stakeholders to elicit feedback and refine requirements.
• Document workflows, use cases, and system functionality for ongoing reference and training.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Liferay or similar enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of Liferay architecture, features, and out-of-the-box functionalities.
• Proficient in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with web development concepts (Java, HTML, CSS) is a plus.
