As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinating efforts among stakeholders while managing project risks and issues effectively. Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules, and monitor progress against them.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and addressing variances.
• Identify project risks and mitigation strategies, and communicate effectively with involved parties.
• Facilitate meetings and discussions to ensure clarity of objectives and expectations.
• Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience managing IT projects in a technology-driven environment.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to drive teams toward success.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the Information Technology and Services industry is highly preferred.
