Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the compliance advisory function for the systematic trading business, acting as a strategic partner to PMs, Risk, Operations, and Business Management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for systematic compliance across the firm, ensuring consistency with global compliance standards.
• Develop and implement tailored compliance monitoring frameworks, including policies, procedures, and automated controls.
• Provide expert guidance on regulatory requirements related to equity capital markets, including Reg SHO, Regulation M, and secondary offering restrictions.

Candidate profile

Required:

• Substantial experience in a trading advisory compliance role, preferably within a hedge fund or asset management firm.
• Deep understanding of the regulatory environment for systematic trading.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• University degree.

Preferred:

• Exposure to or experience with trade surveillance systems.
• Advanced Excel skills or familiarity with coding (e.g., SQL).
