Overview

Putting World Scottsdale is looking to add positive, friendly and knowledgeable performance coaches to our team. Experience with TPI, K-VEST, Quintic, SAM PuttLab and fitting systems would be a bonus. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, have strong communication skills and be passionate about providing excellent service for our members and guests. The ability to handle situations with poise is a must-have for this position, which requires working in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. The successful candidate will be friendly and outgoing, have a desire to show initiative, is comfortable dealing with members and guests and has flexibility to work variable shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with members and guests in a friendly manner
• Perform Full Swing Lessons when scheduled
• Perform Full Bag Fittings when scheduled
• Perform Putter Fittings when scheduled
• Perform Putting Lessons when scheduled
• Provide complimentary 15 minutes lesson and fitting analysis to members and guests
• Effectively communicate to member and guests throughout lesson/fitting experience
• Follow up with members and guests after lessons/fittings
• Properly setup and calibrate technologies
• Support golf services and retail associates in other duties as required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $80.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
