Mondrian Alpha have partnered with a rapidly growing Credit Hedge Fund to appoint a Fund Controller, reporting directly into the Deputy CFO. Despite being a relatively young firm, they have scaled to over $10bn in AUM, and have delivered top tier returns since inception. With a planned 25% increase in headcount over the next year, they are entering a new phase of institutional expansion and operational maturity.

This newly created position will be a key member of the fund finance function, assuming responsibility for the reporting framework across their core open-ended credit strategies. The role encompasses oversight of fund administrators, fund performance analysis, and leadership of key process optimisation initiatives. The firm has invested heavily in automation and technology, offering a fast-paced environment with substantial opportunities for growth and progression. You will also work closely with the portfolio management team, covering performance monitoring and driving continuous improvement across finance operations. Given the firm's scale-up trajectory, a strategic focus on building robust and scalable finance infrastructure will be critical.

We are seeking an ambitious, ACA/ACCA-qualified fund accountant (4-8 years PQE) with a background in open-ended hedge fund structures and strong exposure to credit.
