Mission Family Medicine, a husband-and-wife owned clinic serving Titusville for 6+ years, is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. We provide compassionate, high-quality care while living out our Christian values: Serve, Love, Integrity, Compassion, and Excellence.
What We Offer
Schedule: 4 days/week, 8 patient-facing hours/day – full-time pay for a 4-day week
Salary: $120,000 + profit-sharing bonus
PTO: 10 days/year + 5 paid Christmas holiday days + 6 paid holidays
Benefits: $2,000 annual CME + 3 CME days, $5,000 relocation allowance, 401(k), 35% health premium reimbursement
