Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
** starting rate: $23.00 per hour
F&B Supervisors possess strong leadership, communication, and relationship skills. They are expected to support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities. This role leads other associates by coaching, giving direction, and may include training, scheduling, payroll, and interviewing. F&B Supervisors must demonstrate fundamental food and beverage knowledge and serve as the liaison between culinary and F&B operations. This position plays a significant role in the overall outlet performance, which includes product quality and service standards.
• Supervise opening, service, and closing procedures.
• Ensure quality and presentation of cocktails, wine, and small plates.
• Maintain ambiance through lighting, music, and cleanliness.
• Engage with guests to create personalized, memorable experiences.
• Lead and coach bar and service teams to deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate priorities and specials.
• Manage scheduling, labor control, and shift coverage.
• Monitor inventory, par levels, and ordering of bar supplies.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with local laws.
• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Maintain Forbes 5-Star service standards and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Previous supervisory experience in an upscale setting preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of cocktails, wine, and premium spirits.
• Strong leadership, guest service, and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid food handlers license preferred.
