What You Will Be Doing
As a Facility HVAC Specialist, where you'll take ownership of the design, installation, maintenance, and performance of HVAC and air systems across multiple West Coast facilities. In this critical role, you'll ensure optimal climate control and air quality by managing HVAC, air compressor, dust collection, and fume extraction systems-all while adhering to local codes and safety standards. You'll also support custom fabrication projects and contribute to the smooth operation of facility infrastructure. What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; valid CSLB C-20 HVAC license in good standing required
- Minimum 5 years of industrial HVAC experience, including new installations
- Strong knowledge of ventilation systems, ducting design, and HVAC troubleshooting
- Proficient in diagnosing AC/DC circuits, motors, drives, compressors, and PLC systems
- Skilled in reading electrical diagrams, schematics, and using analog/digital test equipment
- Familiar with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and utility distribution systems
- Working knowledge of NEC standards and facility electrical infrastructure
- Comfortable using computer-based monitoring and control systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Must meet all health and safety testing requirements

Pay Range: $74,620.00-$97,273.00
