Description

• Operate cranes to lift, move, and place equipment and materials.
• Inspect cranes daily for mechanical issues and safety compliance.
• Read and interpret load charts and lifting specifications.
• Communicate with ground personnel via radio or hand signals.
• Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning, lubricating, and minor repairs.
• Ensure crane stability before lifting operations.
• Maintain accurate logs of operations and maintenance.
• Assess load weights and ensure they are within crane capacity.
• Set up cranes and secure work areas to prevent accidents.
• Follow OSHA and ANSI safety standards.
• Capable of other tasks when needed

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valis CCO and driver license - State license from PA and/or NJ a plust but not requitred
• CDL Class B (Class A preferred for mobile cranes).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of crane operation experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and spatial awareness.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency procedures.
