Contrustion Laborer/ Apprentice

Smarten Living is looking for a reliable, hardworking, independent, efficient individual able to help complete new construction residential properties. Previous experience in home remodeling and trades preferred. Being punctual, having great attention to detail, and a positive attitude is a must.

Job Requirements
  • Cleaning and preparing construction site
  • Loading and unloading materials and equipment
  • Able to lift 50+lbs.
  • Follow instructions from foreman/supervisors and implement plans
  • Operating and tending machinery/equipment
  • Framing
  • Painting
  • Landscaping
  • Drywalling
  • Tiling
  • Good use of a variety of tools


$20 per hour
