OverviewOverview:
CourseRev.ai is the first Voice AI platform built for golf courses. Our technology helps operators cut phone traffic, improve the booking process, and capture more play. Adoption is growing quickly, and we're adding driven, golf-savvy professionals who can both sell and support accounts over the long term.
In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of courses from the first conversation through renewal. You'll run demos, close new accounts, guide them through onboarding, and work closely with operators to ensure smooth adoption. You'll be the go-to contact for your clients, answering questions, solving problems, and recommending new ways to get value from the platform. Along the way, you'll identify opportunities to expand accounts and strengthen relationships.

Experience Required
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in sales, account management, or client-facing roles with measurable goals
- Strong understanding of golf operations from work in operations, sales, or a related role
- Comfortable learning and explaining new technology
- Self-motivated, organized, and proactive in driving results
- Skilled communicator with both decision-makers and front-line staff
Bonus Points- SaaS sales or onboarding experience
- Experience with AI-powered solutions
- Running client training sessions or live demos
Essential Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and develop new course relationships
- Lead product demos and close new business
- Guide onboarding for new clients to ensure a smooth launch and quick wins
- Act as first point of contact for client questions or issues, escalating to the right internal resource as needed
- Maintain regular contact with accounts to support retention and measurable results
- Spot upsell opportunities and recommend solutions that fit client needs
- Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions to operators and staff
- Act as the client's advocate within CourseRev, sharing feedback with the product and leadership teams
- Keep all client activity and opportunities updated in the CRM
