Overview

As a key member of the property's golf operations team, the Cart Attendant reports directly to the General Manager or Golf Shop Supervisor and attends to the golf cart fleet as well as other duties as directed.

Essential Responsibilities

Maintains professional appearanceBrings carts from the cart barn in the morning and returns carts to the cart barn at the end of the dayCleans, waters, checks carts after each use and restocks as requiredCleans and maintains cart barnEnsures the carts are available for player use at all timesReceives and communicates complains to the Golf ShopWorks closely with Golf Shop staff to prepare and conduct golf tournamentsImplements and supports all course policies and programs as communicated by managementPerforms other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
