Description
As a Business support Lead you will be working directly with the Aon UK DC Solutions sales leaders and the New Business Lead to take Aon's DC products to The Aon MasterTrust and GPP). This is one of the fastest-growing areas within Aon, with plentiful opportunities to demonstrate your skills.Location: flexible, 3(+) days office based

What the day will look like
You will be working closely with the DC Solutions leadership team, which includes investment, client management, strategic product development and sales. We are always looking for new, innovative ways to position ourselves in the market and to develop our proposition - this opportunity will give you the chance to deliver key support for our sales strategy and to influence the proposition messaging of the business.
You'll learn from some of the best people in the industry, and you'll be given flexibility and the responsibility to come up with ideas and the best solutions.
