West Valley Pet Clinic is a thriving practice in San Jose, California that is looking to add a compassionate, dedicated Associate Veterinarian to our team. Our AAHA-accredited, private practice sees dogs, cats, small furries and birds (so exotic experience or interest is a bonus!) - no reptiles currently (unless you want to bring it on board!). We are growing fast and are excited to expand our team!

Who We Are:
West Valley Pet Clinic is an AAHA-accredited, privately-owned hospital that has been serving the South Bay area for over 50 years. You will join our 3 other established doctors who have been with us for 1-13 years, allowing us to provide an individualized mentorship program as needed in a supportive and collaborative environment. We offer comprehensive veterinary care to dogs, cats, birds and pocket pets. We are open to adding reptiles to the mix if that is an area of interest for you! Our clinic offers services including general inpatient and outpatient care, surgery, dentistry, endoscopy, and ultrasound services. We are closed on Sundays and holidays and will refer after-hours emergencies, meaning you can enjoy time-off with your family and friends!
We have an excellent client satisfaction rate and are fortunate that our Silicon Valley clients appreciate gold-standard medicine and allow us to provide high-quality, best-practice medicine. We do not rush our clients through, instead offering a reasonable pace for a more enjoyable work environment while allowing us to provide each pet with thoughtful and appropriate care.
We offer the highest level of medicine possible to our patients, and can aim to do so with our hospital’s state-of-the-art technology and abundance of well-trained, experienced staff (including an impressive number of RVTs). Progressive, cutting-edge equipment such as digital radiography (including dental), ultrasound, endoscopy, in-house lab, laser surgery/therapy, and the latest anesthetic monitoring equipment aid our highly skilled and passionate veterinary staff in providing the best, safest, and most-efficient care to each patient.
