Join our Spa & Wellness team as the Assistant Spa Director and help us deliver exceptional experiences in a luxury resort environment.
The Assistant Spa Director is a driven and service-oriented leader who supports the Spa Director in overseeing the daily operations of all Spa and Wellness areas. This role ensures consistent service excellence, operational efficiency, and adherence to luxury hospitality standards. The Assistant Spa Director helps lead a high-performing team, maintains smooth guest service flow, and drives departmental goals in alignment with the vision of the property.

Besides great pay and benefits the work is interesting, challenging and you'll have opportunities to grow. What You'll Do:
• Support daily operations across all Spa & Wellness areas.
• Assist with team scheduling, inventory, training, and performance management.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through personalized service and service recovery.
• Contribute to spa menu updates, group booking coordination, and special events.
• Collaborate across departments to maintain Forbes-level standards and seamless guest experiences.
• Promote spa services, packages, and retail to support revenue goals.
Pay Range: $72,000 - $78,000 per year plus incentive pay.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
• High school diploma required; college degree in hospitality, wellness, or business preferred.
• 3+ years of spa, club, or hospitality experience, including 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Prior experience in high-volume or luxury environments preferred.
Skills & Abilities:
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to both over-communicate and listen attentively.
• Technologically proficient; familiar with spa booking and POS systems.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.
• Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive guest and staff situations.
• Capable of standing/walking up to 6-8 hours per day.
Additional Requirements:
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
• Demonstrates professionalism, poise, and a warm, guest-centric approach.
