The Opportunity
• 50/50 clinical to admin split
• See patients in the outpatient, inpatient, and ER setting
• Work alongside a collegial team of 3 physicians and 5 APPs in a collaborative, mission-driven environment

• Experience in Critical Access Hospital and Rural Health Clinic models preferred

Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical practice experience in family medicine
• Prior leadership or administrative experience in a healthcare setting

Compensation & Benefits
• Base up to $550,000 dependent on experience with additional productivity incentive
• $100,000 sign-on bonus, plus quality-based performance bonuses
